Aid from various parties has been transferred in the form of training facilities and funds

Jakarta Provincial Government has received funding aid for micro, small and medium enterprises (MSME) from the Financial Services Authority (OJK) Regional I and the Financial Services Industry Communication Forum (FKIJK).

This is the handover of funds for the Large-Scale Social Collaboration (KSBB) program by Rp 225 million, which is held virtually via the zoom meeting application, Thursday (10/8) at City Hall. It was attended by Jakarta for Population and Settlement Control Deputy Governor, Suharti and Jakarta and Banten OJK Regional I Head, Dhani Gunawan.

Suharti said that the KSBB program was to help residents and MSME actors develop their businesses during the pandemic crisis.

"Aid from various parties has been transferred in the form of training facilities and funds," she expressed.

She described the fund would be used as working capital in collaboration with a Fintech company that distributed to MSMEs in the capital.

"From the discussion with OJK, this program will support as many as 2,700 UMKM actors," he explained.

Jakarta and Banten OJK Regional I Head Dhani Gunawan explained, through FKIJK, his party was fully supporting the program initiated by Jakarta Governor Anies Baswedan.

"Hopefully this business capital loan aid can help them in the capital," he exclaimed.

He added, since August until early September, the OJK Regional I and the Jakarta PPKUKM Agency had held virtual training which was attended by 2,034 entrepreneurs in Jakarta.

"We'll also distribute health support infrastructure and facilities to 12 coached locations (lokbin) which are inhabited by 3,700 MSME actors," he concluded.
